Terms & Conditions

Please see below our Terms & Conditions, we thank you for your understanding. 

  1. We take care of our picnic items for you, so please take care of our picnic items for us.
  2. We request payment in full upon booking, either via bank transfer or paypal, this will include a refundable deposit. 
  3. Upon collection, picnic items will be inspected & your deposit will be refunded to you, via your preferred payment method, within 24-48 hours. This may be affected by your bank’s processing times. 
  4. We reserve the right to keep your deposit for theft, losses or ‘unreasonable’ damage to our picnic items. Some examples of ‘unreasonable’ damage include (not limited to):
    1. Damage caused by excessive smoke/embers from BBQ’s or cigarettes.
    2. Excessive pet hair.
    3. Damage to teepees.
    4. Excessive breakages of picnic items.
  5. We supply picnic hire & catering at a venue of your choice. Picnics can only be supplied on private property or on hired premises with permission from the governing body.
  6. Our standard picnic hire period is 5 hours, additional charges may apply for additional time requests. 
  7. Our standard picnic package covers picnic items for up to 12 persons, additional persons may be added on request however this may incur an additional charge. 
  8. Local delivery is included in our standard packages, additional charges may apply for non local requests.
  9. Picnics can be supplied indoors or outdoors, we can help you make that decision on the day as it may be weather dependent. We require a minimum 2.5 x 2.5m space for our picnics. In mild weather we can provide you with a 2.5 x 2.5m gazebo at no additional cost. We are unable to supply a gazebo in extreme weather conditions. We will always do our best to help you make your picnic a success if the weather conditions prove challenging. However if you decide to cancel your picnic due to the weather we will refund the price of your picnic hire, any Food/Drinks Packages will still be delivered & will be chargeable.
  10. It is the responsibility of the person booking to provide details about any allergies or dietary needs for any guests prior to booking any food or drink packages. 
  11. We are unable to supply alcoholic drinks packages for under 18s, it is the responsibility of the person booking to ensure all guests who are consuming drinks packages are of legal drinking age. 
  12. We follow all government guidelines related to Covid 19 & adhere to lockdown restrictions. Any cancellation by either party due to a positive test, contact with someone who has had a positive test or changes in government guidelines related to Covid-19 are fully refundable or transferable. 
  13. Cancellations received before 14 days of the booking date are fully refundable or transferable.
  14. Cancellations between 14 days & 48 hours of the booking date are not refundable, however are transferable to another date.
  15. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking date/time are non-refundable & non transferable (refer point 9 & 12 for exemptions)
  16. Upon acceptance of our quotation & confirmation of booking, by sending payment, you confirm that you have read & accept the above terms & conditions.
